Not only does it show you are apart of the modern world, but paid Ads ran on sites like Facebook and Instagram are great tools businesses should leverage. If you don’t have a platform established, I recommend you do that ASAP and pay the person closest to you with the greatest design aesthetic to help you set it up if youre looking for something simple for starters.

4.CREATE AN EMAIL MARKETING CAMPAIGN: This is a friendly way to keep in touch with your email contacts - a monthly “email touch” is all you need for customers to keep them on your brain. It’s all about consistency people. I would create email marketing campaigns for real estate agents and 90% of them would see an increase in leads as well as as 45% more closed transactions. The key is to make your content friendly, valuable, informative of what you’re up to, and provide them with a special offer if possible. We all love a good deal.
