Summer is 4ever in LA

LA is notoriously known for her beautiful women, quality cannabis, and even better weather. Being homegrown from Los Angeles, LA is always my main muse. From meditative drives on Mulholland, to brand activation conception in the canyons, the activation I created for the City of Beverly Hills reflected my sweet memories in motion that was translated as a brand activation for the people of Beverly Hills.

The City of Beverly Hills created a new initiative to basically gentrify and put the City on the trendy map in hopes to attract a younger demographic through late night entertainment and pop art activations. For the Grand Finale, they asked me to create the entry way to the festival and establish a large Instagram footprint. Everything I do, I do it big and bright, so naturally I came correct.

Details of Activation: This activation was originally set to be 20ft long and 7ft in height with 120 pool innertubes, but we realized after we built it, it needed more of a grand presence. 1 hour till showtime, my amazing team and I put our brains and hands together and figured out a last minute solution. We extended the length to 25ft with a height of 13ft with 150 pool innertubes. Basically, we killed it. At the end of the event, we gave away every single pool inntertube as a physical memoir of our activation so our memory lives on. Plus, I’m not into wasting a good memory or materials.

I received a lot of wonderful feedback from people who saw the activation who automatically knew this had to be a Fill The City production due to the playful nature and bright colors. We keep it 100 with our brand consistency.

A lot of people also ask how I come up with and produce these creative yet outlandish concepts……?

It’s about leveraging your imagination, creative energy/obsession and your relationships. I was born with a large amount of consistent creative energy. Ive always said I’ve had OCD (Obsessive Customization Disorder) which basically means anything I create must be an extension of who Iam, sense the colorful larger-than-life style….Oh, and plot twist, I have to be doing it constantly or I won’t be happy, so being born with a clear purpose helps.
