What makes a building the most beautiful in LA?

Is it solely focused on the architecture? The landscaping? How about where it’s located?

For us, we believe it’s a building that stands out with colorful originality from all the others, just like how we choose our lovers.

Other than the buildings our team has designed, this building in North Hollywood has to be 1/2 most beautiful buildings in Los Angeles. The brightly colored, yet cheeky façade, is one of the most memorable in all of California. Designed by French artist Thierry Noir, he is known for his iconic work on the Berlin Wall, drawing inspiration from rebellious youth and forging a way completely different from what your parents wanted you to become. My dad wanted me to become an accountant, my mom a writer, and myself a colorful creative vessel that transforms all different types of spaces. Hopefully you have followed your heart down a similar path. To Thierry, this colorful 15,000 sq ft mural is described as “ a symbol of freedom and eternal youth.” Truly a man after my own heart.

These developers took a well calculated risk in creating such a colorful environment for their renovated residential complex. With their results in increased revenue, I’m sure they are glad they followed their gut instinct. When you know, you know, you know? Gone are the days of drab buildings, be it commercial or residential, people need a way to stand out and they know that creative marketing is what gives them their competitive edge.
